Natural Variation Disclaimer Our crystals are genuine, natural products. As such, variations in color, shape, size, clarity, and natural markings are normal and expected. These natural characteristics make each crystal unique and are not considered defects or reasons for returns or refunds.
Returns Due to the delicate nature and high value of our products, returns are not encouraged. However, if you wish to request a return, please contact us at care@mysoulsmith.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and securely packaged.
- Customized or personalized crystals cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.
Refunds Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items In the rare event that your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@mysoulsmith.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution.
